ATTENTION: When paying with Credit Card

We take Visa, Master, Discover and American Express cards only. If you want to make payment with credit card, payment must be processed when you sign up for the lesson. Instructors do not have credit card machines to process the payment. Credit card processing agreement must be signed & sent to us in order to process credit card payment. A 3% percent fee will be added to the credit card payment. Please click to download the credit card processing agreement. Our credit card system will not accept prepaid debit card: Clover, paypal, netspend, Greendot, Cashapp, or any prepaid debit card from a Credit Union. If you decide to pay for lesson with credit card please call us at the office 72 hours before your lesson schedule.

ATTENTION: Refund Policy

There will be no refunds issued once a lesson or test has occurred. If a prepaid lesson or test is cancelled according to the 48hour cancelation policy guidelines, we can issue a refund for the cost of the lesson or test.

If the lesson/test was paid with a check, we will issue a refund in the form of a check once the original check has cleared (which may take 4-5 weeks from the date of deposit).
If the lesson/test was paid with a credit or debit card, we can issue a refund back to the card- minus a $30 refund processing fee and minus the 3.5% processing fee- OR we can issue a refund in the form of a check, minus the 3.5% processing fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify the office at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance of the appointment. The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday so weekends are not included in the time needed for cancellation notices. A first-time cancellation less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $53 fee. For a second time cancellation less than 48 business hours in advance, the full amount of the lesson fee will be applied. You cannot text or email to cancel or reschedule. All schedulings of lessons, tests and cancellations must be done through the Rogers Driving School Scheduling Department at 412-931-9000! Instructors do not set up the lessons or cancel appointments. NSF Checks will be charged a $45.00 processing fee plus any bank fees.
